Lean Management and Technical Training Teams focus on the losses during the production process, execute detailed analyses and work with our Lean Leaders on continuous improvements in order to improve our current situation. Through our technical training team, we ensure that our new colleagues have a culture of constant improvement by managing and organising skill development from the very first day.

Lean Management Projects
Investing in people starts from the first day of employment. Planning the training a beginner will attend, orientation programs, training per machine takes more than 1.5 months. Periodic training for our current teammates to attend throughout the year are planned by experts at the beginning of each year. Lean leaders are trained by using lean management principles in the field.
Our lean leader and lean leader candidates bring their ideas to life and disseminate them, and work with mentors to discover the areas for improvement through work shadowing each month. Employees receive training on topics such as lean management, problem solving, 5S, autonomous maintenance and apply them in the field. Projects executed by field workers have a very high impact on product quality and cost reduction.
Through our Lean Leader Development Programme, we regularly train and improve our teammates of blue and gray collar. We conduct current situation analyses for all losses in the production area and work to eliminate the root causes. We determine our focus points by following the performance metrics through department-based Lean Performance and Lean Leader Scorecard management with monthly reports that are shared regularly, and evaluate the results with one-to-one meetings.
Kaizen Fests are organised events in which the presentations prepared by our blue and gray-collar teammates are rewarded for periodic improvements. We constantly carry these steps further through A3 presentations by white-collar teammates.
During our lean management journey, we take advantage of digitalisation and utilise data and management applications in order to find our focal points in our work and to facilitate our operations.
